CRYSTAL CLEANING AGENCY LIMITED
TERMS AND CONDITIONS - LAST UPDATED 29TH JANUARY 2021
- Upon a request from CLIENT to use a Cleaner, Crystal Cleaning Agency will make the meeting arrangements liaising with CLIENT and Cleaner. The arrangement by Crystal Cleaning Agency of a Cleaner, between an individual or individuals introduced by Crystal Cleaning Agency, with CLIENT, shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by CLIENT as shall the engagement of a Cleaner introduced to CLIENT.
- Crystal Cleaning Agency have the right to offer a substitute Cleaner with prior notice and confirmation from the said client.
- Customer agrees to provide a list of tasks and all cleaning materials and equipment needed for the required work, unless other arrangements have been made with Crystal Cleaning Agency.
- All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order. The client must allow the cleaner access to hot water and power.
- All fragile and breakable items must be secured
- PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU LOCK ANY VALUABLES TO INCLUDE CASH AND/OR JEWELLERY IN A SAFE PLACE .
- Crystal Cleaning Agency does not take any responsibility whatsoever for any loss, theft or damage caused by any act or omission of the introduced cleaner.
- If the cleaner goes away and you have given her a key, it is the clients sole responsibility to get the key back before the cleaner goes away.
- If any damage is caused with the cleaning products supplied by the client, this is between the client and the cleaner only and Crystal Cleaning Agency cannot be held responsible whatsoever.
- Crystal Cleaning Agency charge £1 per hour for every hour the cleaner has worked.
- New clients will be charged a one off registration fee of £14.99 payable on the first Invoice.
- Payment must be made directly to the cleaner at the end of each working day.
- Invoices will be sent to clients from Crystal Cleaning Agency at the end of each calendar month, payments must be received within 10 days of that date of issue.
- In case of a complaint, Crystal Cleaning Agency require to be notified within 24 hours of the said incident.
- All complaints must be written via email only and will be responded within anything up to 28 days of receipt of said email.
- The client may cancel or re-schedule a service by giving at least a 24 hours notice. *PLEASE NOTE. If Crystal Cleaning Agency are not notified on time a cancellation fee of £15 will be charged.
- The customer agrees that after the termination of the cleaning services provided by Crystal Cleaning Agency, The client waives the right to hire or use any domestic services provided by a past or present cleaner introduced to the client by Crystal Cleaning Agency. By doing so, this may result in legal action.
- Crystal Cleaning Agency reserve the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice.
